1. **Scope of Services**
The Service Provider agrees to provide **24/7 on-site fleet maintenance and emergency roadside repair services** (“Services”) for trucks, vans, containers, trailers, and other mechanical breakdowns, as requested by the Client.
The Services include, but are not limited to:
* Emergency Roadside Assistance The Service Provider may add or remove service offerings upon prior notice to the Client. 2. **Service Area Limitation** Services under this Agreement will be provided **only within the operational service areas** designated by the Service Provider. The Client understands and agrees that **service availability is subject to geographic limitations**, and the Service Provider reserves the right to decline or delay service requests for locations outside its designated service zones.
Response times for emergency requests will depend on technician availability and proximity.
